Please measure your dogs' neck carefully as these collars are custom hand made and engraved one at a time to your specifications for your dog:-) They cannot be returned. The holes for sizing are spaced 1 inch apart. So if you choose a size Small...the holes will be punched at 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17
The personalized name plate can be engraved with text of your choice. You can have up to four lines of text with 20 characters per line....spaces count as characters. As you can see in the last photo example...the more lines of text you choose...the smaller the text is.
