Please measure your dogs' neck carefully as these are custom made and cannot be returned. The neck size that you choose is the middle hole of 5 holes ~ there is a 1/2 inch space between each hole. For example if you choose a size 12 the holes would be punched at 11 - 11.5 - 12 - 12.5 - 13
